English Speaking Call Center Supervisor

Job Description:

    Supervise, evaluate, and analyze quality call center
    Maintaining on going coaching and training section with agent
    Propose and report new action or improvement action
    Improvement of comprehensive operation such as bussiness flow and compailing


Requirements

    Maximum 35 years old
    Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
    Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in any disipline with minimum GPA 2.75
    Fluent in English, both verbal and written
    Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, and Internet)
    Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner
    Good communication, writing and typing skills
