Hello Tyre Experts, We are now Looking for People for MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST (Electrical or Mechanical) Position :
MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
Key Result Area :
Manage, on the basis of the product/process specifications and of the internal Quality targets, parts of plant/machinery/ equipment or develop projects for improvement/modification of existing plants (for the specific area of competence), in full respect of defined environmental conditions and safety standards.
Ensure construction designs, coordinating assistant designers and/or external technical offices.
Manage, at external and/or internal workshops, the construction of the various parts, ensuring that they match the needs of the project.
Take part in testing and co-operate with those responsible for installation, set-up and start-up in production.
At Sector Level: Support the Engineering Manager in the standardization of technical choices in terms of design criteria, installation and maintenance methodology.
The Qualifications:
Degree : Electrical Engineering background from well known University
3-5 years in technical area in similar position in tyre manufacturing
Hands on in tyre production process, mechanical, Electrical / Electronic, planned maintenance, measuring system & capability analysis, control plan, risk analysis and cost & benefit analysis
Familiar with Mechanical and Electrical Equipment System
Good knowledge in Automatic System Controller Using PLC and HMI SCADA, especially PLC Allen Bradley
Have strong confidence, good leadership skills, problem solving skills and understanding of lean management practice
Computer literate and good English language skills
